Which version: For Apache Server 2.2, you need to download PHP 5.4 thread safe, which is shipped with both php5apache2_2.dll and php5apache2_4.dll. Some earlier versions probably work as well. PHP 5.5 is only shipped with php5apache2_4.dll which will mismatch with your version.
Cannot Load Rssn Dll Download
Original Problem; some GIS files could not be accessed, because no qt5widgets.dll installed. I downloaded qt5widgets.dll from DLL-Files.com Client. This crashed QGIS program and I get:
I downloaded new qt5Gui.dll, but still same error, even with specific directions to download: Qt5Gui.dll Version 5.11.2.0. (Windows 7 64-bit) to \QGIS 3.4\apps\qt5\bin. Also uninstalled and reinstalled QGIS 3.4.3. No luck.

When debugging and attempting to download I am getting the error message when calling the load method on the report document:
(p.s.: I checked an old cache of this page, and in it indeed the code was as it should be ://www.r-statistics.com/2012/08/how-to-load-the-rjava-package-after-the-error-java_home-cannot-be-determined-from-the-registry/ )
I am trying to upgrade the NetApp PowerShell Toolkit from version 9.7.1 to 9.9.1, and I am finding it to be mind-numbingly confusing. First, I extracted the zip file to the download folder and tried running install.ps1 as described in the Installation Guide on page 7. I got the following error: 2ff7e9595c
